If you found yourself commuting on the train with a few more children than usual this morning or running into little boys and girls at your office copy machine, that’s because today is national Take Your Kids to Work Day.

For over 15 years, what began as Take Our Daughters to Work Day has evolved into Take Our Kids to Work Day and Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. Sharing your job career experience with young ones gives them a broader picture of the meaning of their education and opens their eyes to careers they may never have thought about.
